Condition and root cause
Condition, hydraulics and root cause of the existing asset, assessed remote or on site before anyone touches it.
The engineered intervention
Relining, sealing, structural fixes, plant rehabilitation or a method developed for the case: the approach that fixes the cause, designed for the existing asset instead of replacement.
Dimensioning and costing
Sized, costed and verified with our own in-house tools for calculation and dimensioning.
Partner briefing and supervision
The regional partner who carries out the works is equipped, instructed and supervised by us until handover.
Documented handover
Every step recorded in SondeScan and handed over as a structured report the asset owner can act on, with condition coding to EN 13508-2 for sewers.

What is a wastewater solution concept?
A worked-out plan for solving a specific problem on an existing wastewater asset: the diagnosed root cause, the method that fixes it, the equipment it needs, the dimensioning, and the brief for the partner who carries it out. It is the basis a contractor can work from and an asset owner can decide on.
Who carries out the works?
Regional and nationwide partners, working to our concept, with our technology and under our supervision. We do not compete with the local contractor: we give them the concept, the methods and the equipment for jobs that need a non-standard approach.
Do you work in my country?
We work location-independent around the globe. Analysis, diagnosis and concept happen remote or on site; the physical works are carried out by regional partners we equip, instruct and supervise. We have worked on projects in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and Europe.
How does an engagement start?
With a call or an email describing the problem. Usually the first step is an analysis of what already exists: inspection footage, plans, measurements, photos. From that we tell you the root cause as far as it can be determined, and what we would do about it.
